general personality: Olivia was mostly a loner, who gave her life to her job, her sister, and her niece after suffering from an abusive step-father who she eventually shot. Meeting Peter and Walter, however, put her into a position where she had to be more outgoing, more willing to talk to people that could explain what had been happening to her - including Nina Sharp. She's smart and can think quickly on her feet, and because of such she has been able to get out of several situations that probably could have killed her.
She faces death on a daily basis, so Olivia's quite used to guns being pointed at her and people from alternate dimensions crossing over in an attempt to kill her and kidnap Peter Bishop. She's got a bit of a twisted sense of humor and sometimes only she finds her little jokes funny. She's careful about her personal relationships with people - it always seems to get her hurt, such as the one she *thought* she had with Peter, only to find he had been intimate with the alternate version of her. She's in a bit of a delicate state right now, and it solely focused on her job, and keeping the other side from gaining parts of the machine and Peter Bishop - she really doesn't want her universe destroyed, thanks.

Olivia didn't know what had happened. She didn't know what to think. What the hell was going on? Was there a third universe she had just crossed into? But it hadn't felt like crossing over . . . it felt like she'd just . . . gone through something. And this didn't look like anything in the alternate universe she had ever seen before, so perhaps that was ruled out.
Hopefully.
Then where was Peter? Walter? Astrid? She'd been in the lab, talking with them, and the next thing she knew she was standing here, in a dome-like structure, cut-off mid sentence by whatever had just happened. She turned, frowning, looking around for any sign of an alternate - like herself. She hoped to God Alt-Olivia would not be lurking around if this was the alternate universe . . . unless this was a third universe in which case there would be a third Olivia Dunham. Would this one be a redhead then?
Perhaps Peter could have sex with her too, she thought to herself bitterly as she took a few steps forward. From what she could see, she was alone for the time being. Confused and slightly disoriented, she took a few more steps, wondering just where the hell she was.
Brushing hair from her face, she had taken another step when she suddenly wasn't alone anymore. More and more people began to surface out of nowhere around her, people she had never seen before in her life. Some woman in a blue jumpsuit sporting a Jeffersonian badge, an older woman with red hair and looking like she was about to throttle the next person who came near her were among them. She darted past them at a jog, half debating about pulling out the gun at her waistband. Just what the hell was going on?
Well, whether or not Peter, Broyles, Astrid, or Walter were there, Olivia was determined to find out.
