The year is 2131, and for the past 115 years Earth has been under the occupation of the Lucian Alliance, and is now they're new throne-world. The Tau'ri are not all lost. The city of Atlantis and many of the inhabitants in the surrounding area were able to escape and flee to the Planet known as Dakara. There the remaining people of Earth live and work alongside those of the Free Jaffa Nation and the Tok'ra. And the original SGC remain in secret the home for many of the Tau'ri resistance.
The Lucian Alliance is now at war with every race in the Milky Way for dominance over the galaxy. And they control all but a handful of planets in the galaxy. Fortunately for those of Earth, during its invasion Dr. Daniel Jackson once again ascended. And now he often appears before those in Atlantis to guide them on the journey to defeat The Lucian Alliance and retake Earth.
